FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FindLearning.com Launches New Training Catalog

New Jersey, June 20, 2006 -- FindLearning.com today has launched a new training catalog as part of its website. This Course Catalog has over 400 courses which represent a sampling of the courses offered through FindLearning's provider network. Over 60 different topics are listed in FindLearning's Course Catalog including business writing, customer service training, diversity training, sales training and team building.

The Course Catalog gives FindLearning's corporate customers a second way to find learning solutions. Before this feature, customers could find learning solutions by submitting their specific learning requirements to FindLearning using structured on-line forms. These forms help customers define their specific requirements for either classroom training, e-learning courses or e-learning services. With FindLearning's new Course Catalog, customers can now browse through various course outlines to see what best meets their needs. Once they find a course of interest, they can submit a request for information to get a custom proposal for that course.

All of the courses in the catalog can be delivered as private workshops. This means they can be delivered at the date and location desired by the customer. The length of the course and content can also be customized to meet the customer's specific needs. According to FindLearning, this is a significant distinction from the learning catalogs and portals that cropped up over the last 3-4 years. Most of these e-catalogs focused on public open-enrollment training, or training that is scheduled for a specific date, time and location. Since FindLearning's Course Catalog is focused on private classroom courses, these courses can be delivered anytime and anywhere. This makes the catalog much more robust and applicable to a large audience of potential customers.

In addition to scheduling and location flexibility, private classroom training also lets corporate customers to customize the course content to their particular business processes, systems and objectives. This results in a much more effective training experience.

When a customer finds a course of interest in the Course Catalog, they can submit a request for information and specify how they want the course modified to meet their needs, including content, length, location and date. As an additional feature, the customer can also choose to only request a proposal from the provider for that specific course or to receive a certain number of competitve proposals from providers who offer comparable courses.

Providers in FindLearning's network have also been give a self-service capability to add new course outlines to the catalog directly. New course outlines are reviewed and approved before they are flagged for display to customers through the catalog.

The catalog can also be easily customized for a given corporate customer. It can list only courses from the customer's preferred vendors or alternatively, list specific courses that an HR or Training executive wants to introduce to their employees.

FindLearning's Course Catalog is currently focused on professional development courses. FindLearning has plans to expand the catalog to also include technical classroom courses and a directory of e-learning development vendors.
