What is FindLearning?
Finding learning solutions just got easier!
FindLearning offers a service to help companies find high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions. We know that finding the right learning solutions is an enormous challenge that can be very time consuming - and there's no guarantee that what you find is what you really need.
FindLearning eliminates the hours of searching that is typically required to find the right learning solution. After collecting your learning requirements, we leverage our network of over 500 training providers to match your requirements to the offerings those most qualified. (Click here to view a sample list of our learning providers.) We then deliver a short-list of typically 3-5 solution proposals right to your desktop, with all the necessary information for you to determine which options will best meet your specific needs.
We can provide you with solutions for onsite classroom training, off-the-shelf e-learning courses or custom e-learning development services. And there's no obligation. If you do not select any of the vendors we recommend or the learning is no longer needed, we notify the vendors for you, and let you contact us again when you have another need. How FindLearning Works?
When you submit your learning requirements using a Request For Learning form, based on our knowledge of learning providers, we will match your requirements to our providers' capabilities. We may contact you if we require any additional information.
Based on the number of providers you've designated in your request form, we will send you a short-list of typically 3-5 solution proposals from providers who are qualified to meet your needs. All your information is kept confidential - so you will recieve no sales calls or e-mails from anyone other than FindLearning advisors.
Once you review the proposals we send, you can then choose to interview providers further over the phone, meet with them face-to-face, or receive customer references to follow up on. FindLearning gives you with all the information you need to be able to be comfortable and confident in your final choice.
Once you select a provider, FindLearning will also manage the contracting, scheduling and invoicing for you. This gives you a standard process for working with a variety of 'best of breed' providers. FindLearning will invoice you for services rendered by any of our provider partners, and make appropriate payment to providers for their services.

Our Provider Qualification Process
Pre-Screening - FindLearning providers are retained as partners based on having done successful training for us in the past. When we are not already partnered with providers who can meet your needs, FindLearning actively partners with new providers. New providers who are invited to join FindLearning must meet a base line of qualifications, such as having a minimum of 5 years in business, subject matter experts in desired fields of training, an established base of Fortune 1,000 customers and a professional web presence.
Post-Screening - In additional to our base line of initial qualifications, FindLearning continually tracks the performance of its providers after each customer engagement, and is currently developing a method for exposing those ratings to future customers. Only the most qualified providers for a given engagement will be invited to respond to future opportunities.
How We Compare to Other Services
Many new companies have cropped up over the last 4-5 years aimed at helping companies find learning solutions. Several of these services were on-line catalogs or portals that aggregated courses from multiple vendors. These services primarily targeted the individual learner with public course offerings. Most of these services are no longer in business.

Provider Selection - Some services will send your request out to hundreds of providers, and then you get inundated with e-mails and phone calls. Other services let providers respond to your request, not based on quality, but solely based on which providers can submit a proposal to you the fastest. Unlike these services, FindLearning hand picks a select set of providers based on the quality of their service offerings relative to your requirements. For classroom training, we also look for local providers first to help you minimize travel costs for providers based out of more distant locations. Our focus is on quality and price, not just speed.
Out of Network Providers - FindLearning first looks for appropriate providers from our network who we have done work with before, and who we know the quality of their work. If we get a very specialized request that our provider partners cannot meet, FindLearning will extend its search to find learning providers who can meet your needs. We are not restricted to our network of providers.
Proposal Quality Assurance - When proposals are received back from providers, FindLearning reviews all proposals first BEFORE delivering them to our customers. This ensures only the highest quality solutions are considered.
Connecting You With Providers - FindLearning provides you with all the information you need to know to make an informed assessment of the solutions from our providers, including their names and contact information. Once a short-list of solutions is obtained, we encourage our customers to talk with and meet our providers before making a final purchase choice. We want you to be comfortable and confident with your final selection!
