By offering our service to all employees in a company, central HR and training orgaizations give their employees a standard process for funneling all learning requests, and in the process, get a way to track, control and manage all the decentralized spending going on in their company. Incoming requests can be evaluated against existing programs, immediately sourced through our service, or aggregrated into more strategic sourcing requests. Our platform can be customized to match the "look & feel" of the company's corporate university, can include workflow rules for routing new requests for approval and fulfillment, and includes on-line tracking reports. |  | . Our Process | FindLearning solves a few basic problems for companies seeking to train their employees. First, the learning industry is more complicated than ever. Learning solutions can consist of a number of different delivery modes such as public classroom, private classroom, asynchronous e-Learning or synchronous. Learning solutions can cover a wide range of topics within technology and professional development. Each of these solutions is often best met by different solution providers. How does a company find the best provider for any given business need?
Second, a typical company purchases up to 50% of the learning solutions they need decentrally, by business and technology managers. How does a company manage the process of finding providing, selecting providers, and managing costs across their organization?
FindLearning can connect the managers in your company with the best learning providers for any specific learning need. Using our web site, managers across your organization can submit learning requests whenever they have a need. The structured forms on our web site help the process of defining requirements, and let requirements be entered only once to reach multiple vendors. Once submitted to FindLearning.com, FindLearning will ensure requirements are complete and may for ask for additional input that could facilitate solution identification. The learning request is then matched up based on our knowledge with qualified learning providers in our network. If someone else in your company has used a certain provider successfully for a similar need, we will inform the requestor so everyone in your company can leverage the past experience's of others.
Based on the number of providers you've designated in your request form, we will send you a short-list of providers who are qualified to meet your needs. The short-list will include each provider's background and capabilities. We will confirm with you which providers you wish to receive proposals from. The providers you select will then create a customized proposal for your particular learning need. They may in some cases wish to interview you over the telephone or in person to ask specific questions about your requirements. Within 3-5 days, FindLearning will deliver you final proposals from each of the providers you selected. From the proposals, you decide which, if any, of the providers you wish to use. After completion of the project (or designated phases of the project) FindLearning invoices you the amount quoted by the provider in their proposal, and makes payment to the provider for their services.
FindLearning acts as a central point of contacting, handling contracting, scheduling, invoicing and reporting across all the providers your company wants to use. Where as the identification process can often take weeks, FindLearning can complete the provider identification, interview, proposal, selection and scheduling process for you in a matter of days.
FindLearning specializes in sourcing custom classroom training and e-Learning course creation. Companies are finding that off-the-shelf training is good for meeting certain basic needs, custom learning is often needed to really accomplish their learning objectives.
